In a bid to offer diverse shipping options to get your orders to you faster, we now ship using the following option:

• Zipmail: zipmail is a delivery service that offers post to post-delivery islandwide offered by the post office. The cost is only $400 for the first 10lbs and an incremental cost of $50 for each additional pound. Once your package has been shipped; you will receive a message via WhatsApp or email with your receipt number which you will need upon collecting your package, you will be able to pick up after 24-48 hours at the Post Office of your choice.

• Knutsford Express: Knutsford Express is an islandwide transportation service that offers courier services. The cost is only $700 for the first 10 pounds of a package and an incremental cost of $55 for each additional pound. Once your package has been dropped off you will receive a picture via WhatsApp or email with your receipt number which you will need upon collecting your package. Once your package has been shipped off your delivery can take as little as 4 hours - 24hrs to get to you at the branch of your choice.

• Due note that customers are liable to cover the delivery cost upon pickup at Zipmail or Knustford express. The cost for these delivery are base on the weight of your package. 

• Door to Door Delivery is an inland postal service in which we deliver packages to Spanish Town, Portmor, Kingston and St. Andrew. Depending on the time of your purchase your package can be delivered the same or the next day once payment is approved.

Returns| 

Items are eligible for a refund on return once the item is firstly returned in its original packaging. On the request for a refund on return, you must provide a clear picture of the item and state the issue with your order. Provide this information via our Whatsapp contact at (876-475-2238). Your request must be sent in no later than 7 days of receiving your package.

Taking into consideration the nature of some of the items we sell, we are not accepting returns or exchanges on towels, rags and flatware sets.
